Process Engineer (Capsules)

About This Role

Optimize capsule manufacturing processes from blending through packaging. Support tech transfer, scale-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize critical process parameters
• Lead process investigations and CAPAs
• Support process validation (PPQ) execution
• Execute technology transfer protocols
• Develop and maintain batch records and SOPs
• Collaborate with QA on change controls
• Drive yield improvement and waste reduction

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Chemical/Process Engineering or Pharmacy
• 3+ years process engineering in OSD (capsules preferred)
• Experience with high-speed capsule filling lines
• DOE, SPC, root cause analysis (CAPA)
• Tech transfer protocol execution (ICH Q10/Q11)
• MES and data analytics proficiency
