Microbiologist

About This Role

Perform microbiological testing for raw materials, in-process, finished products, and environmental monitoring. Support method validation and lab compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute compendial and in-house micro tests
• Manage environmental monitoring program
• Investigate OOS/OOT micro results
• Support media fills and process simulations
• Maintain lab equipment and calibration schedules
• Participate in lab audits and inspections
• Contribute to method development and transfer

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Microbiology or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• 3+ years pharma microbiology lab experience
• Expertise: sterility, endotoxin, bioburden, identification
• Environmental monitoring (viable/non-viable)
• Method validation and verification experience
• LIMS proficiency, 21 CFR Part 11 awareness
